In-House Financing

Ready to find out what it takes to do the job right?

In-House Financing

At Springtree Restoration, we believe all North Texans should be able to live in a safe, comfortable home with a good roof and secure walls. We’re all too familiar with the damage left in the wake of tornadoes and hailstorms, and we know that insurance only covers so much of the repair costs. For families going through a tough financial time, it can be a struggle to come up with the insurance deductible and get the repair work started. For these customers, Springtree is happy to offer finance options through our partnership with Hearth.

Hearth works with most people who need to finance their home repairs and renovations. For those who don’t qualify for a loan through Hearth, we offer in-house financing. Come talk to us and we will come up with a solution and fill out a promissory note for the terms of the agreement. At Springtree, our goal is to give every customer a safe, secure home they can live comfortably in, even if they can’t pay cash up front.

Why Finance?

Home repairs can get expensive. When costs run into the thousands or tens of thousands of dollars, few people can afford to dip into their savings and pay the full amount at one time. For those who need to pay it out month by month, there is financing. Financing allows homeowners to break the full amount of the project into more affordable monthly payments. This is especially helpful in times of financial stress like the holidays or the weeks following severe weather damage.

How Do I Finance My Repairs?

Springtree’s customers have three options when it comes to financing their projects. They can set up their own financing through their bank or credit union; they can let us connect them to lenders through Hearth; or they can use our in-house finance option.

It all starts with a call. Get in touch with us and schedule a time for us to come out and inspect the damage to your home. We will show up on time and do a thorough assessment, documenting the obvious damage as well as deeper damage that might not be immediately visible. Then we will write up an honest estimate for the repair costs and present it to you on site.

If you prefer to use our in-house financing, we will come up with a contract that is fair to both parties and fill out a promissory note. Once that’s signed, we will get to work restoring your home to excellent condition.

What is a Promissory Note?

A promissory note is a legally binding contract that outlines the terms of a loan and serves as a promise that the borrower will pay back the loan within a certain time period. They are also known as IOUs, loan agreements, and notes payable. As valid written contracts, promissory notes are legally enforceable. If one party fails to perform their duties as defined in the promissory note, the other party can sue.

Promissory notes include: the names of the parties; the amount borrowed; the amount to be repaid; the repayment schedule; the interest rate; penalties for late payments or loan default; the name of the responsible party; whether the loan is secured with collateral; whether the note can be transferred; the date of issuance; and the parties’ signatures. Putting the terms of the finance agreement in writing protects both our company and the customer.
